Plant Operations Technician

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our cement plant, contributing directly to our production output and quality.

What you will do: You will monitor and control plant equipment, perform routine checks and maintenance, and assist in troubleshooting malfunctions.

Key responsibility:

• Monitor and control cement plant equipment
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Maintain accurate records of operations and maintenance activities
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Assist in optimizing plant operations

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 0-1 year of experience in industrial plant operations
• Understanding of industrial processes and machinery
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent safety awareness
