Job Purpose
Drive business performance by governing enterprise KPIs, delivering actionable business insights, automating reporting, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and AI/ML adoption.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Supporting Actions
1. Performance Management & KPI Governance
- Maintain KPI repository, data quality standards, and governance processes.
- Ensure dashboard accuracy and establish a single source of truth for performance tracking.
2. Business, Customer & Partner Insights
- Generate actionable insights through persona, cohort, lifecycle, and behavioral analyses.
- Partner with business teams to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact.
- Track value realization through structured dashboards and reporting.
3. Business Intelligence & Reporting Automation
- Develop and automate dashboards and high-value business reports.
- Standardize BI development practices and improve reporting efficiency.
- Manage BI support, issue resolution, and continuous enhancement of reporting solutions.
4. Advanced Analytics & AI/ML Enablement
- Drive adoption of AI/ML solutions in collaboration with IT and business teams.
- Integrate advanced analytics into decision-making processes and workflows.
- Track business impact, decision-making efficiency, and user adoption of analytics solutions.
