Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Research and Development Associate at Uno Hotels in New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and process optimization within the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, developing new products and services, analyzing data, and collaborating with various departments to support innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and trend analysis to benchmark competitors, track hospitality trends, and identify guest behavior patterns for informing product/service innovations.
- Assist in developing new F&B concepts, wellness programs, room designs, and technology integrations aligned with the brand's positioning.
- Research eco-friendly solutions for sustainability projects to enhance brand reputation and meet compliance requirements.
- Pilot digital tools such as AI-driven guest services, smart rooms, and self-check-in kiosks to gather data on ROI.
- Conduct guest experience testing through focus groups, prototype testing, and feedback gathering for continuous refinement.
- Identify and test innovations to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost-per-occupied-room (CPOR), streamline housekeeping, and optimize procurement.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, design, and culinary teams to roll out new initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong skills in data analysis & reporting

- Experience in project management
