Job Description
- As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at UnboundB2B, you will be an integral part of our Lead Generation campaigns, focusing on converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to High-Quality Leads (HQLs) and facilitating appointment generation. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about sales, excel in fast-paced environments, and possess exceptional communication skills. If you fit this description, we invite you to join our team.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer outreach campaigns, prospecting within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and generating qualified leads and meetings. Strong English communication abilities, both spoken and written, are essential for this role. Freshers with a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply. Additionally, you should be willing to work night shifts aligned with US hours and have experience or be open to engaging in outbound calling.
Immediate or short-notice joiners will be given priority for this onsite position at our office located in Kharadi, Pune 411014. The shift schedule for this role is from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST with no remote or hybrid work options available.
