Roles & Responsibilities

• End to End Management of assigned roles.
• Sourcing via Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn and similar job boards.
• Coordinate with hiring teams using detailed trackers and data analytics (including candidate numbers, passthrough rate, time to fill positions, and cost per hire).
• Coordinate and maintain the vendor relations as well as new vendor development.
• Assist with Campus hiring and Institutional Engagement as and when required.
  

Requirements

• Hands on Experience on Keka or similar ATS
• Familiarity with G-Suite
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desired Qualification: Any Bachelors degree
• Work Experience: 1-2 years in HR function
