Job Description
- You will join the team at digiCloud Solutions Pvt Ltd in Pune as a motivated Mid-Level Quality Analyst. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of various software solutions, particularly on Salesforce platforms. Your expertise in testing methodologies, including Salesforce Testing, Salesforce Admin Experience, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and DevOps tooling, will be essential for this role.
As a Quality Analyst, you will be involved in analyzing requirements, designing test cases, executing tests, raising defects, attending stand-up meetings, and participating in defect triage and retesting activities. You will also play a crucial role in sanity testing, defect tracking, and providing test sign-off to the E2E testing team. Your proactive approach towards test duties, informing leads about progress, and taking ownership of assigned work will be key to your success in this role.
Experience in Sales, EPC, CPQ, CLM, and Telecom would be advantageous for this position. Desired skills and experience include Salesforce Testing, Manual Testing, Test Case Design, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, QA, Bug Tracking, and Automation Testing. Your dedication to maintaining test coverage and communicating effectively with the team will contribute to the overall success of the projects you work on.
