Job Title : Enterprise Application Delivery Lead (Non-SAP)
Grade : Deputy General Manager
Overview:
The person in this role demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the efficient and effective delivery of complex technology solutions and operational plans within the BT Global Business Operations department.
Responsibilities include leading critical projects and initiatives, applying specialized expertise to solve unique challenges, and driving continuous improvement across processes.
Main Accountabilities :
- Business Technology Delivery Lead for Enterprise application teams operating from the Mohali shared services center, responsible for both global projects and application support for enterprise apps including SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and custom developed applications.
- Drive adherence to and continuous improvement of Quality Assurance (QA) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including robust change, release, and testing strategies, ensuring strict compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
- This role involves leading various technical & functional teams through complex application upgrade initiatives, system migrations, and mini-projects, leveraging extensive experience in designing,deploying, and managing applications within diverse cloud environments (e., AWS, Azure,GCP) to ensure scalability, resilience, and optimal performance.

Demostrarte strong stakeholder management by leading and influencing diverse functional and technical teams, collaborating closely with BT Global stakeholders, Global application owners, CoE leads, and key Business/GBS stakeholders, to effectively manage business requirement trackers and deliver enhancements and changes aligned with business priorities and successful delivery outcomes.
Education/Experience :
Typically, a bachelor's degree in [Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field] with 15+ years of relevant experience in IT project delivery, solution implementation, or technical operations.
Proven expertise in leading complex global implementation and rollout projects, and driving strategic technology initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment, coupled with 5-8 years of experience in Global Operation Support (AMS) engagements, effectively managing and mentoring diverse teams of 20+ professionals, and overseeing all aspects of their performance, career development, and mentorship
