Job Title : Global AMS Process CoE Lead
Grade : Deputy General Manager
Overview:
- The person in this individual contributor role demonstrates a high level of professionalism, leveraging deep knowledge of Bunge's business, structure, and strategy to proactively develop innovative solutions that enhance outcomes and resolve complex issues within the Application Management Services (AMS) Process Center of Excellence.
- They prioritize building strong partnerships, influencing effectively to secure commitment, and fostering talent by coaching others to grow in their current or future roles.
- This role drives exceptional results by maintaining high standards, focusing on critical priorities, ensuring organizational effectiveness, and preparing stakeholders for change.
- Responsibilities include defining, optimizing, and governing global AMS processes, ensuring their efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and refine strategic plans specifically for AMS processes within the BT Global Business Operations department, ensuring alignment with broader IT and business goals.
- Lead and influence large-scale projects and initiatives aimed at improving AMS process efficiency, quality, and compliance across the organization.
- Apply acquired expertise to analyze and resolve complex problems related to AMS processes, often in situations lacking clear precedents.
- Proactively identify and anticipate internal or external business challenges and regulatory considerations impacting AMS, recommending innovative process or service enhancements.

- Serve as a recognized subject matter expert for AMS processes, providing expert guidance, support, and mentorship to professionals and support staff.
- Service Introduction and Readiness Management - This area encompasses ensuring that new services are properly prepared for ongoing support by the AMS team, including the review & approval of all necessary documentation to guarantee a smooth transition and operational readiness.
- Independently manage significant operational plans and processes within the AMS CoE with limited managerial oversight, ensuring operational excellence.
Education/Experience:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 12-15 years of progressively responsible experience in IT Service management, functional leadership, or process optimization, including at least 5+ years leading ITSM Incident and Problem Management for large enterprises, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and value addition within AMS
