Were looking for an E-commerce & Marketplace Lead who will own and scale marketplace business.
This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue, improving organic visibility, and ensuring best-in-class listing and catalogue health across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms.

What youll own -
- Marketplace Revenue: Own and drive revenue growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms.
- Organic Visibility: Improve search rankings, impressions, and conversions through listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Listing & Catalog Health: Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring high-quality content, correct categorization, and platform compliance.
- Pricing & Competitiveness: Manage pricing across marketplaces to stay competitive while protecting margins.
- Product Availability: Ensure strong inventory health and availability to avoid stockouts and maximize sales opportunities.
- New SKU Launches: Drive end-to-end marketplace launches for new SKUs from listing setup to go-live.
- Marketplace Operations: Manage claims, reimbursements, and issue resolution with marketplaces.
- Performance Tracking: Continuously monitor marketplace metrics and identify growth opportunities.
What were looking for -

- 36 years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplace channels.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, listing optimization, and catalog management.
- Experience launching and scaling multiple SKUs on marketplaces.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Highly ownership-driven and execution-focused.
