Key Responsibility

1. Product Strategy

• Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for credit card or lending products.

2. Market Research

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the credit card or lending industry.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

4. Product Development

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

5. Customer Focus

• Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to the product development process.

6. Performance Analysis

• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and optimizations.

7. Compliance

• Ensure that all credit card products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

8. Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest fintech trends and innovations, proactively incorporating new ideas and technologies into products.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 4-7 years of product management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
