This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Assistant Professor in Management based in the Pune Division. The responsibilities include conducting university-level teaching sessions, planning and developing course curricula, supporting research activities, and mentoring students. The individual will also contribute to enhancing the academic departments marketing and outreach initiatives, ensuring program quality and relevance to industry standards.

• Strong expertise in Organizational Behavior and University Teaching.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Research methodologies.
• Experience or understanding of Marketing strategies relevant to academic programs.
