A Business Analyst (BA) plays a critical role in organizations by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Responsibilities:

1.Working with clients to understand new or existing product requirements and domain information.

2.Collaborate with stakeholders, such as business managers, end-users, and executives, to elicit and document their requirements.

3.Preparing approach for requirement gathering, documentation and outlining a detailed product strategy.

4.Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

6. Perform quality assurance

7. Define reporting and alerting requirements

8. Own and develop relationship with clients, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration

9. Help design, document and maintain system processes

10.Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and other relevant documents to ensure clarity and traceability of project objectives.

11.Monitor and measure the impact of implemented solutions, identifying areas for further optimization and improvement.

1.Masters degree in Business Analysis FY 24 -25 Pass out or FY 24 pass out and Bachelors in IT

2.Good understanding of software development methodologies and IT infrastructure.

3.Proficiency in project management software and tools (Confluence and Jira)

4.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

5.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Knowledge in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

7. Good knowledge in eliciting requirements and testing
