About the Role -

Were looking for a Short form video editor who knows how to turn raw footage into high-performing, scroll-stopping content. If you understand reels, trends, hooks, and fast-paced editing—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities-

● Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads

● Identify the best hooks, cuts, and moments from raw footage

● Add captions, motion elements, sound effects, and transitions

● Optimize content for engagement, retention, and performance

● Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets

● Stay updated with current trends, formats, and viral styles

● Deliver content quickly while maintaining quality

Requirements -

● 1–3 years of experience in video editing (short-form content preferred)

● Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a plus)

● Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention

● Good understanding of social media trends and formats

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

● A strong portfolio of reels/short-form edits

Good to Have-

● Experience working in an agency or content-heavy environment

● Basic motion graphics and text animation skills

● Familiarity with AI editing tools and workflows
