Job Description
- You will be responsible for maintaining both physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts and PTO requests. Your duties will also involve updating internal databases with new hire information, creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies, as well as publishing and removing job ads. Additionally, you will be in charge of scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as necessary.
Furthermore, you will play a key role in preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics such as the total number of hires by department. You will be expected to develop training and onboarding material, as well as respond to employees" inquiries regarding benefits.
This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in both Hindi and English is preferred for this role. The work location is in person.
