Leasing Manager

Job Objectives:

• Build a network of agents and introducers, to maximize new client introductions and deals.
• Ensure available properties are presented in good condition.
• Ensure leads are allocated and dealt with in a timely manner.
• Accompany Leasing Agents on viewings with qualified clients.
• Ensure agreements are properly prepared and execute as needed, ensuring compliance with legal
• requirements & company policies.
• Participate in and contribute to the creation of social media content.
• 
  Provide regular reports & updates to the HOD on Leasing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve policies and procedures, ensuring best practices with industry
• standards.
• Conduct detailed and ongoing market research, and report to HOD any points of interest or concern.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree, in Real Estate, Business or Construction disciplines or any related fields.

Minimum of 5 years in experience in leasing commercial/residential properties in UAE.

UAE Driving License and own car

Skills:

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on tenant satisfaction

Proven ability to close leasing deals and achieve performance goals

Solid knowledge of the leasing process and basic property maintenance issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners (e.g., agents)

Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to support broader company objectives

Strong organizational and team management skills

Familiarity with real estate laws, leasing regulations, and property management standards
