Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager for driving sales growth, developing relationships and executing mutual fund distribution strategies within the designated City/Region.
This role requires a deep understanding of the mutual fund industry with a specific focus to onboard and manage IFA community.

Location Chennai/ Bangalore / Delhi / Ahmedabad
Experience 5 to 10yrs. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, preferably in mutual funds or investment products
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy development and execution for advertising and selling the companys products, positioning the company as an industry leader and creating long-term competitive advantages.
Design and implement high-level sales strategies to drive mutual fund product sales across the region, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level distributors, advisors, partners, and clients, fostering collaboration to drive sales success.
Identify and leverage new distribution channels to expand market reach and growth opportunities.
Spearhead initiatives to increase market share and penetration of mutual fund products, including organizing high-impact seminars, workshops, and client education sessions.
Actively represent the company in local events, roadshows, and other promotional activities, ensuring a strong brand presence.
Oversee and ensure the preparation of detailed reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market insights, providing strategic recommendations.
Monitor sales performance at a strategic level, identify trends or issues, and initiate corrective actions to optimize outcomes.

Lead by example in ensuring that the sales team adheres to compliance guidelines and maintains the highest ethical standards in business conduct.
Desirable Skills:
Bachelors Degree or MBA
AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) certification (preferred)
Excellent Communication Skills and Negotiations Skills
