Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Vijayawda, Andhra Pradesh, India. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the entire hiring lifecycle for IT consultants, including identifying and recruiting qualified candidates. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants. The role also involves account management responsibilities, ensuring strong partnerships with stakeholders and addressing their staffing needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Recruitment with a proven ability to manage a large pool of qualified consultants for client placements
• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing candidates, screening, and onboarding

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
