Job Description
The Role:
You will take ownership of a high-potential territory across the commercial market in MEA, driving new business, building deep C-level relationships and leading strategic AI transformation opportunities.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, understands how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and wants to be part of one of the most exciting AI companies in the world.
You will:
- Lead full-cycle enterprise software sales across commercial accounts
- Identify, build, and convert new pipeline through strategic prospecting and partner engagement
- Drive multi-stakeholder, consultative selling motions to close high-value deals
- Develop long-term executive relationships and champion customer success
- Collaborate closely with Solution Consulting, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to craft tailored AI-native solutions
- Become a trusted advisor to customers on AI adoption, workflow modernization, and digital transformation
What We Are Looking For :
We are looking for A+ players , people who are top of their game, consistently overachieve and want to build something significant.
You should have:
- A minimum of 10+ years of proven success in software or SaaS enterprise sales
- A consistent track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
- Strong experience generating new business and building pipeline from scratch
- Deep account management skills and the ability to nurture high-value client relationships
- Expertise in consultative selling, solution-based selling, and navigating large organizations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and executive-level presence

- A highly collaborative mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-performance team
- Experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
