Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various engineering and semiconductor roles.


• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.


• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.


• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of candidate progress.



• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job fairs.


• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


• Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.


• Strong understanding of engineering and semiconductor industries.


• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
