Regional Sales Manager (Dubai)

Position Summary
Uniguest is seeking a Regional Sales Manager that will be responsible for managing and progressing sales opportunities and being able to deliver revenue against an allocated target. You will work closely with management to ensure Uniguest products are considered for major projects in assigned UAE territories. In this position, you will also be responsible for managing the established partner network. This is a new position created due to Uniguest's growth and to further strengthen its operations in Dubai.
Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline vs allocated target.
• Manage the partner's initial questions as a first line of support and assist in demonstrations as required.
• Report back on competitive pressures in the designated region that are or may affect Uniguest's ability to be competitive in the market.
• Represent Uniguest at supplier events in the region, trade shows or other meetings with non-partners.
• Visit regional potential clients and develop a strong relationship.
• Position our products with key customers
  

Experience & Skills

• Experience and contacts in the sector are a plus for the position.
• A good degree of technical understanding of video and IP technology.
• Collaborative, sales skills and team- work oriented with excellent account management skills and ability to handle projects at a non-technical level.
  

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a Regional sales role in Dubai, in IPTV, video streaming or digital signage software.
• A fluent English speaker is must, and other languages are a plus.
• A valid UAE driving license.
