Internal Audit Associate

What role you will play in team: You will be a member of a team conducting audits within Unilever’s diverse operations, helping to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.

What you will do: Assist in planning and conducting various audits, documenting findings and participating in reporting. Develop your skills in a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in planning and executing audit procedures across various functions.
• Perform testing of controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Document audit findings and prepare reports.
• Communicate effectively with auditees and management.
• 
  Collaborate with other audit team members.
• Maintain a strong understanding of internal audit methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
