JOB TITLE: Modern Trade Account Specialist
The MTAS would be required to drive sales and distribution for the company products and manage the allocated territory and the customers.
He/She -
- Is directly responsible for delivering sales targets for the Accounts / Geography that he is responsible for
- Is responsible for growing / maintaining market share for key categories in chains and stand alone stores
- Is responsible for the CSP operations and ensuring that targets are met
- Is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships
- Is responsible for shelf health in all the stores including Perfect Store Score.
- Is responsible for POP objective implementation
- Introduction and monitoring of store procedures
- Is responsible for Speed to shelf for new product launches and generating repeat orders
- Is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of offers
- Coordinates with the accounts and gets details of store openings, thereby tracking organic growth
- Is indirectly responsible for 3rd party employees and their performance
- Gathering of relevant data and reporting the same
- Gives feedback to the central team on competitor activity and managing field intelligence
- Gives feedback to the Customer marketing team to enable micro marketing plans
- The innate ability to sell with the skill of negotiation, anticipation and handling barriers and objections to a sale.
