Senior Internal Controls Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor a team of internal control specialists, ensuring the effectiveness of controls across Unilever's Indian operations.

What you will do: Develop and implement internal control frameworks, conduct control testing, and provide recommendations for improvement. You will work closely with various business units.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive internal control framework.
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying control gaps.
• Developing and implementing control procedures and policies.
• Leading and mentoring a team of internal control specialists.
• 
  Collaborating with external auditors.
• Preparing reports to senior management on control effectiveness.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal controls or related field.
• Strong understanding of COSO framework.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
