Supply Chain Audit Manager

What role you will play in team: You will lead and manage a team of auditors responsible for assessing the effectiveness of internal controls within Unilever's complex supply chain operations across India.

What you will do: You will plan and execute audits, analyze data, manage audit teams, and present findings to senior management. Your expertise will ensure the integrity and efficiency of our supply chain.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and manage a team of supply chain auditors.
• Develop and implement annual audit plans for Unilever's supply chain.
• Conduct audits of various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and assess risks within the supply chain.
• 
  Prepare comprehensive audit reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain audit or a related field (Experienced).
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing audit teams and projects.
