Director Of Finance - Customer Operations

Primary Responsibilities

• Track the organization’s key metrics (CARR, ARR, NRR, Cash Collections) and drive weekly operating reviews for management and internal stakeholders, particularly in the JAPAC region.
• Drive the expansion of deployed CARR by
• monitoring and tracking implementation pipeline for the JAPAC region, including SOW creation pipeline
• Interfacing with local service leaders, legal, sales and finance during SOW review process to ensure contracts are priced and contain terms and conditions in accordance with Uniphore policies
• tracking and reporting deployment (go-live) forecasts for the JAPAC region.
• 
  helping to identify accounts at risk of non-renewal and working with Customer Success teams to improve customer engagement.
• Responsible for implementing and ensuring operational effectiveness in the Global Services Delivery (GSD) organization. Identify areas for efficiencies, automation or cost reductions.
• Translates GSD’s quarterly strategic goals into functional plans and leads the execution.
• Work effectively with Revenue Accounting to ensure customers are invoiced in a timely manner at various stages of the projects. Monitor cash collections and have the ability to liaise with senior customer representatives on payment status.
• Review various project accounting reports (time tracked, project profitability, delayed projects), immediately highlight problems and facilitate cross-functional efforts (delivery, product, legal) to resolve obstacles to go-live.
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance
• CA or Equivalent strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience with ASC606 preferred.
• Experience with a global SaaS provider preferred.
• Consultative individual who can partner with senior leaders.
