We are seeking a Finance MIS Manager with a strong finance background and expertise in Advanced Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting, data analysis, and decision-support systems to enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial MIS reports for management.
• 
  Prepare, analyze, and present financial data, including profit and loss statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, dashboard creation, and report automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate financial data for decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Support the preparation of presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
• Experience: Proven experience in financial MIS reporting and analysis.
