Position Title: Senior Executive MIS Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• 
  Build and maintain financial models for different business units and strategic projects.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
• Support monthly management reporting and financial reviews.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Contribute to profitability analysis and loss projections.
• Enhance processes and ensure data hygiene and timely updates of financial databases.
• Generate reports from raw data and automate dashboards for performance tracking.
• Participate in month-end closing and reporting activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MIS/FP&A or financial analysis roles.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Commerce background is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and ROFO (Rolling Forecasting).
• Prior experience in MIS reporting and month-end activities preferred.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments.
