Job Description
- You will be working as a Senior Analyst at Unitedlex India Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare balance sheet and profit and loss account reconciliations for various international entities in multiple currencies. You will also be managing the cost in profit and loss, assisting in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities, and supporting in different types of audits. Your role will involve investigating discrepancies, preparing recommendations for resolution, and identifying opportunities for process improvement within the account reconciliation process.
To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. Being a qualified CA with 0-1 years of post-qualification experience in preparing account reconciliations is essential. Experience with Oracle/SAP is preferred, along with excellent working knowledge of Excel. You must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral, are required to collaborate with team members in the US and UK.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and recording general ledger journal entries, reviewing the entries of others, and generating financial reports for various purposes such as statutory, banking, investment, and audit. It is crucial to ensure that all deliverables are completed efficiently, maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Flexibility to take on other activities and responsibilities as directed is expected.
