Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Field Service Engineer in the Ultrasound Division. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks that include troubleshooting and providing technical support for ultrasound equipment. Additionally, the engineer will carry out preventive maintenance, and field service, and ensure exceptional customer service to our clients.

• Proficiency in Field Service, and Preventive Maintenance tasks.
• Skills in Troubleshooting, and providing Technical Support.
• Strong commitment to Customer Service.
