We are seeking dynamic and results-drivenSales Coordinatorswith a minimum of 2 years of experience in the consumer durables industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus onsecondary salesand drive business growth by building strong retail networks, increasing sales volume, and effectively managing relationships with retailers in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand Retail Presence:Identify and onboard new retail counters to grow the distribution network.
• 
  Motivate Retailers:Build strong relationships with retailers, understand their challenges, and inspire them to maximize sales performance.
• Communicate Company Schemes:Clearly convey company schemes, offers, and incentives to the retailers to drive engagement and boost sales.
• Sales Reporting:Submit daily sales reports to the company, providing insights into market trends and performance.
• Achieve Sales Targets:Work proactively to achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets in the designated area.
• Market Feedback:Gather and share valuable market intelligence and feedback with the company to improve strategy and product offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in secondary sales in the consumer durables industry.
• Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
