United Solutions is an EU?based technology firm specializing in secure, compliant, and innovative digital platforms. With operations aligned toEU accounting frameworks,GDPR,ISO 27001, and cross?border compliance standards, we are expanding our finance function to support our international growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance withIFRS, applicable to EU?operating companies.

• Ensure compliance with relevantEU accounting directives, including the Fourth, Seventh, and Eighth Council Directives covering annual accounts, consolidated accounts, and audit requirements.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting cycles for an EU?based entity.
• Oversee consolidation processes for multi?entity group structures in line with EU rules.
• Liaise with auditors and tax advisors in the EU and India.
• Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory frameworks (e.g.,Companies Act, Indian GAAP) for any India?based support functions.
• Maintain documentation aligned with EU transparency, financial reporting, and ESG?related expectations as established by EU non?financial reporting directives.
• Optimize internal finance processes, including automation, reconciliation, and cost controls.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience supporting international or EU?based companies.
• Spoken & written English level B2-C1
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred:ACCA, CPA, CA (India).
• Strong knowledge of: EU accounting rules & IFRS, key EU accountancy directives(Fourth, Seventh, Eighth, Modernization)
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
