Overview

Abhivyakti is a dynamic platform for artistic expression, aiming to nurture creativity and cultural dialogue. We are seeking a visionary leader who can serve as the face of the initiative, provide strategic direction, and elevate Abhivyaktis presence both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Vision

• Serve as the spokesperson and custodian of Abhivyaktis vision.
• Provide consistent strategic and creative direction to the project.
• Bridge the gap between creative aspirations and administrative execution.
• Ensure Abhivyakti becomes a recurring and celebrated part of the city’s cultural calendar.
  
• Lead the expansion and replication of the project across other Indian cities.

Artistic Engagement

• Represent Abhivyakti in national art circles with sensitivity to the arts.
• Build and nurture a network of curators, mentors, and artists of national repute.
• Facilitate the discovery and onboarding of high-caliber curators and mentors.
• Guide the selection process by casting a wide net across Gujarat and India to attract diverse and high-quality proposals.
• Support curators, artists, and mentors throughout the selection and development process.

Get Hired
• Define and guide the voice and messaging of Abhivyakti in collaboration with graphic communication and public relations agencies.
• Oversee and refine communication strategies across social media, website, and press.
• Plan and execute outreach events across cities to build awareness and engagement.
• Identify and activate a network of influencers including college ambassadors, artists, and trade/industry organizations.
• Continuously monitor and adapt marketing efforts to ensure alignment with project goals.

Team & Project Management

• Foster a cohesive, collaborative, and motivated team environment.
• Anticipate project needs and proactively guide the team through planning and execution.
• Ensure alignment of all stakeholders with the project’s objectives and timelines.
