Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and experienced Client Relations & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be presentable, comfortable interacting with clients, and confident in front of the camera.

This role requires a blend of client servicing, business development, and marketing coordination, making it perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, client interaction, and representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Attend client meetings (in-person and virtual) to understand requirements, present proposals, and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
• Confidently present company services to new and existing clients.
• Participate in video shoots, marketing campaigns, or brand presentations as required.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in creating effective growth strategies.
• Prepare detailed client reports, proposals, and pitch presentations.
• Ensure a professional and positive company image in all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 6 years of proven experience in client servicing, marketing, or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with confident camera presence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and online branding concepts.
