Responsibilities
Knowledge of Invoice Processing in VIM Basic accounting knowledge Knowledge of Excel Ability to verify the invoices comply with Standard policies and procedures. Responsible Processing prepayments and follow up on prepaid invoices Ability to Handle statements and vendor inquiries including vendor reconciliations Ability to Assist AP Subledger close and other month end activities Month End activities Ability to Identify invoice and purchase order discrepancies and offers solutions Ensure monthly checklists are completed by the month end and signed off by Senior Accountant. Assisting with the resolution of discrepancies or problems that prohibit timely processing of invoices in the system. Ability to Follow up on match exceptions and coordinating with Business Ability to Follow up on open Purchase Orders and invoices on hold Responsible for reviewing GR/IR to ensure all goods receipts are matched with invoices, preventing overstatement of liabilities, and identifying duplicate, erroneous, or open purchase orders for corrective action. Knowledge of Accounts Payable operations Review and updateSOP and work as SME for team members
Experience :	Qualifications:
. SAP experience must have . Should be well versed with accounting concepts	Preferably MBA in Finance
