Mission: The Special Forces. Bridge Core Research and Client Reality. Architect solutions, dont just configure.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture, Not Just Prompts
Understand model limitations deeply
Design Training Data Templates
Build RAG retrieval logic for banking domain
Deep Configuration - Must have
Tune ASR Endpointing settings
Configure VAD thresholds
Adjust TTS prosody for specific use cases
Go beyond just setting the language
Deployment
Write Python integration code
Integrate bot into banks workflow
Own Bot Performance end-to-end
Requirements
3-4 years experience in AI/ML deployment
Strong Python coding skills
Understanding of LLM architecture and limitations
Experience with ASR/TTS systems configuration
RAG implementation experience
Client-facing technical communication skills
Self-directed problem solver
