Job Description
- Role Overview:
Join the Team Revolutionizing Procurement Analytics at SenseCloud. Sensecloud envisions a future where procurement data management and analytics is intuitive, providing real-time insights and automation for fast decision-making. As an AI Engineer, you will design and implement LLM-powered agents to solve enterprise problems, owning projects end-to-end from scoping to deployment. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to translate requirements into robust agent capabilities and user-facing features, staying current with the evolving GenAI landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect & build multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Google ADK, Palantir Foundry.
- Fine-tune LLMs for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), reasoning, and integration with enterprise data sources and downstream applications.
- Manage the MLOps lifecycle, including containerization, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and setting up guardrails.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and customer teams, benchmark & iterate on performance metrics, and champion best practices in ethical AI and data privacy.
- Stay updated with the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape, design experiments, run A/B tests, and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications Required:
- 3-5 years of software engineering or ML experience in production environments.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with TypeScript/Node or Go.

- Hands-on experience with LLM/agent frameworks and platforms, vector databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices.
- Cloud skills on AWS, Azure, or GCP, proficiency in Git, Docker, CI/CD, and ML Ops tooling.
- Soft skills include a product mindset, effective communication, collaboration, bias for action, and a growth attitude.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with RAG pipelines, MCP servers/clients, LLM evaluation frameworks, Palantir/Foundry, privacy-enhancing techniques, conversational UX, open-source AI projects, or published research.
