Job Description

    **:**
    At Practo, you will play a crucial role in conducting research programs to shape product, brand, and customer experience strategies. As a Research Manager, your expertise in quantitative research, analytical thinking, and data translation will be essential to provide business-relevant insights. You will work at the intersection of numbers and narratives to drive decision-making processes.
    **Key Responsibilities:**
    - Lead end-to-end quantitative research programs such as brand health, U&A, NPS, concept and feature tests to address product, user-experience, and business challenges.
    - Develop sharp hypotheses from business inquiries and transform them into structured study designs.
    - Combine various data sources including primary surveys, product analytics, and third-party panels to reveal insights that inform decisions.
    - Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and CX teams to implement findings into go-to-market strategies and retention initiatives.
    - Establish and manage live trackers and dashboards to monitor customer sentiment, category shifts, and brand KPIs.
    - Oversee external agencies and research platforms to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables within budget.
    - Create persuasive narratives and present to senior leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations.
    - Utilize qualitative research, social-listening, digital behavior, and competitive intelligence to offer a comprehensive view.
    **Qualifications Required:**
    - 4-8 years of experience in conducting research and consumer insights, particularly with a focus on quantitative research; experience in both client-side and agency-side roles is advantageous.
    - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, powerBI, Excel) and familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
    - Strong ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and develop clear hypotheses and narratives.

    - Exposure to qualitative techniques (e.g., IDIs, FGDs, ethnography) and social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker) is a plus.
    - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
    - Excellent communication and storytelling skills to interpret data effectively and drive decision-making processes.
    - Preferred industry experience in FMCG or Healthcare.
    - Proven track record of a "getting things done" attitude in an individual contributor role with a precise and focused approach.
