A Single Platform for Loans | Securities | MSRs | Private Credit is Looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the data operations team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement data operations strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient data processing and management.
Oversee data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management to ensure timely and accurate data availability.
Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing measures to detect and resolve data issues while providing details on data quality
Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Optimize data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards, including data privacy regulations.
Manage data-related incidents and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations, including resolution of third-party data issues with servicers, originators and other data providers
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data operations and recommend improvements to enhance our capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a business or data related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in data operations and data management for loan data. 8-10 years of experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
In-depth knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management
In-depth knowledge of lending data, especially residential mortgages with experience in consumer lending preferred
Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
