About The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience building AI-powered agentic systems. Youll work across the stack (MERN) to design, build, and ship intelligent applications that leverage LLMs, autonomous agents, and modern AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain. This role sits at the intersection of traditional web engineering and applied AI — ideal for someone who enjoys building production-grade products powered by cutting-edge AI capabilities.
What Youll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

• Architect and build AI agentic workflows and multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, open-source models, etc.) into production applications
• Build and orchestrate tool-calling agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and vector database integrations
• Design RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support AI-driven features
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across the stack
• Stay current with the fast-evolving AI/agentic tooling landscape and evaluate new frameworks and models
• Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Practical experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) into applications
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and agent orchestration patterns
• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc.)
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience with REST API design and third-party API integrations
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Python (for AI/ML tooling interoperability)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Qualifications
