Job Description
- You have over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. As a Full Stack Developer at Haptiq, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, working in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
In front-end development, you will design and develop interactive, responsive UI components using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). You will ensure cross-browser compatibility, optimize front-end performance, and implement best practices in UI/UX design.
For back-end development, you will develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA). Your responsibilities will include implementing robust authentication, authorization, and data management solutions, as well as working with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
System integration and deployment tasks will involve integrating third-party services, APIs, and cloud-based solutions. You will manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker & Kubernetes.
You will also be responsible for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices, as well as implementing unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components. Collaboration with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers is essential, along with active participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to contribute to continuous process improvements.
To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) for front-end tasks. In back-end development, expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and RESTful API development is required. Knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) is essential, along with experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for database & DevOps tasks.

Qualifications include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with Java & React.js. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and a passion for learning new technologies and improving existing processes are also key soft skills required for this role.
