About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic professional with 25 years of experience in recruitment, client servicing, and account management, preferably from a consultancy or hiring platform background. The role combines client engagement, business development, and talent delivery, especially within SaaS/tech product hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to understand role requirements, JDs, and hiring priorities.

Drive client servicing and account management: renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring repeat business.

Source candidates via job portals, headhunting, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other innovative channels.

Work on profile delivery to meet client needs within timelines.

Leverage ATS/recruitment tools for managing hiring pipelines.

Build strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Requirements:

25 years of experience in recruitment, client servicing, and business development.

Prior exposure to renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.

Strong experience in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and headhunting.

Hands-on experience with ATS/recruitment CRMs.

Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition best practices.

Prior experience in SaaS/tech industry hiring is strongly preferred.

Candidates with backgrounds in IIMJobs, Naukri, Indeed, or recruitment consultancies / hiring platforms will be a strong fit.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-handling skills.
