About The Role
Were looking for a Senior Engineer to build and scale products that operate in real-world, high-impact environments. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on solving meaningful problems at scale — where performance, reliability, customer experience, and execution all
matter.
Youll work on systems that are used every day by real customers and business teams, with a direct line between the work you ship and the outcomes it creates. The feedback loop is fast, the challenges are practical, and the opportunity to shape the product and engineering direction
is significant.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in fast-moving environments, and cares equally about building elegant systems and delivering business impact.
What Youll Do

• Design, build, and scale production-grade systems and platforms.
• 
  Take end-to-end ownership of features and services — from architecture and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Solve complex engineering problems with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and drive high-quality resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reliable, scalable solutions.
• Improve engineering workflows, developer productivity, and operational efficiency through automation and tooling.
• Contribute to technical architecture, engineering standards, and long-term platform direction.
• Help establish a strong engineering culture centered around ownership, execution, quality, and continuous learning.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
  

Experience Required: 5+ Years
