Basic Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer.
• Experience in end-to-end product development process
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  

What Youll Do

• Own the design process across discovery, ideation, execution, and delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product to shape product direction and drive
  

execution

• Bring clarity to complex problems, turning them into seamless user experiences
• Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints from the long-term
  

perspective
