Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Be the single point of contact for customers during their home makeover journey.
- Consultative Sales: Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and drive sales conversions.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate execution with internal teams and professionals to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Team Coordination: Guide and supervise service professionals to align on goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of service and customer delight at every touchpoint.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer or project challenges quickly and effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and sales metrics to fuel continuous improvement.
