Field Specialist

Urban Company is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Business Development Associates (BDAs) to drive the onboarding of service partners for our Kitchen Cleaning and Living Space Deep Cleaning (LSDC) categories.

This is a 100% field-based role, ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, working on the ground, and achieving targets.

• Generate leads through field sourcing and local market visits.

• Visit residential societies, commercial areas, coaching institutes, and local hotspots to identify potential service partners.
• Conduct one-on-one interactions and explain Urban Companys earning opportunities.
• Drive walk-ins and referrals for partner onboarding.
• Follow up with leads and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate with training and operations teams to activate new partners.
• Maintain daily field reports and achieve weekly/monthly onboarding targets.
  

• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, recruitment, or marketing.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Comfortable working extensively in the field.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Delhi NCR locations is preferred.
