  4-6 years of experience in banking and fundraising credit management
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and mitigation techniques
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to senior management
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Leadership and team management skills
