Job Overview
The Collection Manager role at Urban Living is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. As a Collection Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection activities within our real estate development management company. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 
  4 to 6 years of experience in collections or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using collection software and tools
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
