Job Overview
The General Manager Sales Real Estate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the real estate industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in real estate sales, and the ability to drive business growth.
Qualifications And Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex sales transactions
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on opportunities
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and develop a high-performance sales culture
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys client base
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management for decision making
• Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
