Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations across multiple locations within the assigned cluster, ensuring excellent service delivery, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and clients. Key responsibilities include training and motivating teams, monitoring performance, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and goal alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in field of Home Loan, LAP, Personal loan & Business Loan
• Must Have experience in Banks, NBFC or corporate DSA

• Knowledge of financial products, specifically in loans and mortgage solutions.
• Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, make data-driven decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the banking, financial services, or lending industries is an advantage.
