Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Raipur for a Cluster Manager. The role includes overseeing operations across multiple locations within the assigned cluster, guiding teams to achieve sales and operational targets, and establishing strong collaboration with financial institutions. Key tasks involve managing and mentoring the sales and customer support teams, monitoring key performance indicators, resolving client escalations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes. The Cluster Manager also identifies market opportunities, drives business strategies, and aligns cluster activities to organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to direct cluster-wide operations effectively.
  • Experience in corporate DSA is mostly preferred
  • Must have team handling experience

  • Must have exposure in secured & unsecured loans
  • Proficiency in sales planning, business development, and achieving consistent sales performance metrics.
  • Communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of financial products, banking processes, and mortgage solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging insights to optimize operations and strategies.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
